Team JLR to enter Scandinavian Formula Ford event
Yorkshire based Team JLR; the 2004 Formula Ford Festival winners will enter the July 9/10th rounds of the Scandinavian Formula Ford Championship at Falkenberg.
Confirmed for the event is Norwegian Christian Ebbesvik with England's Jonny Baker also hoping to confirm sponsorship for the event. Joe D'Agostino will sit out the event due to commitments back home in the USA as the young Floridian hopes to secure further backing to support his British championship winning effort.
Team boss Richard Dean commented "Scandinavia is thriving for Formula Ford and grid numbers are huge." "We want to go where the competition is while giving our young divers further experience, there is a chance we will run a young Scandinavian driver at the event and we hope to encourage their drivers to come to the UK and compete".
